Click for profile 		Those things don't really strike me as obvious, with the possible exception of the flying... but then, I have no idea how pronounced that difference is as I've not noticed and don't usually pay attention to small flying things.
I guess it would be obvious to anyone with a reason to notice.

Click for profile 		Except I'm only saying I don't really notice the differences, not that they don't exist! But yeah, I get the idea that different things matter to different people. In theory. Still working on turning it into a belief I don't have to think about, though.

Ruth — a lot of my friends don't like them, but there's one who really does seem to take it to a phobic level. It seems a bit odd for people to make fun of something so common, really, even if most people aren't that extreme about it :-/
Saying that, I can't empathise at all because I actually like them. Ah well.

Click for profile 		i don't know if you would call it a phobia but rats (bleugggh!). really, really can't deal with them/thinking about them. i think it's in part due to reading american psycho when he puts a rat up that chick's fanny.
