Sounds like it could be this in terms of your nipples - http://www.thewomens.org.au/nipplevasospasm. Breast pain is often hormonal, which would be consistent with the fact you've had various gynaecological problems before with a hormonal basis, so your doctor might be able to prescribe you something for it. Hope you feel better soon, not fun.

Click for profile 		Thanks Ruth. I do have lots and lots of diclofenac sodium so have taken some of that and using a hot water bottle. Is easing the pain finally. Just feel fluey now Sad! think im just a bit run down
