Click for profile 		I recently joined this site after reading an article from Ryerson. Unfortunately, I have not found a button or application form anywhere on the site. I tried to contact a moderator but have yet to receive a reply.

If someone could tell me where to submit magazine submissions, I would greatly appreciate it.

Click for profile 		Erm, I think that was a long time ago. 10 years ago this had submissions much like the gawker network has now. Then these were restyled once the community here grew and later left by the wayside as the forum and the friends here became Spank!mag.

Why not find a forum, post it there and we'll give it a read, a critique or an intellectual arguement regarding the content?

We used to be much more of an actual magazine site, right now, the site is more of a youth message board.

Would you like to link to an article? If so there is the URL button in the "add your reply" page, which you click once before adding the url of the link you would like, and once after.
Please let me know if I'm misunderstanding your question. You can also just post anything you like as it's own thread, as long as it adheres to the Terms of Service (TOS).

Also, just for interests sake, can you share the link for the Ryerson article?

Click for profile 		Thanks everyone. I'm a bit disappointed that the feature was left out, but I appreciate the replies. The words "e-magazine" are a tad misleading.

The article was written in 1998.

Click for profile 		Huh, I've been on this site for nearly 10 years, and I had no idea that's how Spank got started and what it was like in theh beginning.

Yeah, the words e-magazine may no longer be applicable to this site, but I think it's also unrealistic to think that the site you read about in an article from 13 years ago would be the same. I googled the other site in the article, and it doesn't seem to exist anymore.

Click for profile 		I was definatly at the end of the magazine stage when I joined 11 years ago. Sometimes I wonder if this would have been akin to the gawker network had we not bastardised the forums into something manic and created a community to help people grow rather than a mere list of articles. I do consider sometimes that we should start posting full on reviews of new films, music and live bands to try and make this place relevant to newer people but then realise I don't have the time or skill to write articles like that. Could have had a Thor review weeks before it came out in America (I saw it on an advanced preview)
