That's not really a very good article on the issue, but I'm just so foggy and livid I can't even think straight and find something better... not that any other media outlets have been touching the topic at all, even though this will gravely affect just about all Canadians.

Also, just to get one thing straight for anyone who may not know how the internet works and says "but it's fair to pay for how much you use!" (that's what I thought until I started reading up about this). Access to the internet is not a non-renewable resource, there is no scarcity. The infrastructure is already there. Maintaining data transfer costs fractions of pennies per GB for an ISP.

Mind-boggling.
