Even more important than being confrontational is learning to not chastise yourself for being upset about something, even if you think it's something really silly. A lot of people get scared of negative emotions and try to either deny them or feel them but refuse to look into the causes. It's understandable because sometimes even more pain may reveal itself underneath, but it's so fundamental to growth and happiness to not continually ignore something that's bothering you.

Click for profile 		I've been experimenting with food again - tortilla wrap things. There was a kit - it says beef and bean. I adapted it to be veggie, as the contents of the kit were fine... A collection of vegetables (red onion, red pepper, celery, mushroom and sweetcorn) and fake spicy chicken, along with spicy goo, for the filling.

It's attacking me and trying to hide down my top, as is usual with food...


Ivan, I'm envious of your meetings with boys on buses! One day I may have to visit and borrow one.

She has a pet dinosaur, which barks. I've also learnt that bananas can cause the blockage of natural paint springs...

I was trying to pick up bits of the language. Think I've got "good night" and "walks" (or similar).
I don't like cartoony things a lot of the time, but the age group this one's aimed at have better S. Gaelic than me anyway, as it's probably for 3- or 4-year-olds.

I love watching BBC Alba. I might start a campaign for a BBC Ulster Scotch. After all it is a proper language and not a mere dialect of Scotch with some dodgy 'Inglish' mixed in.
