Click for profile 		Has anyone else taken them? I only need to take the general ones. Problem is I keep messing up with the reading comprehension questions. For some reason I keep narrowing it down to 2 and picking the wrong one.

It's starting to kill me. Any tips?

Click for profile 		I'm pretty good at the "what is the author's position" which of these would the author agree with" type questions.

More the "which would be the ideal title" questions, and some other ones. I also find, based on the passage I do really well. Once that are scientific in nature I do ok, but when they're talking about literature or art all of a sudden I can't remember what I read 3 minutes earlier.

Click for profile 		I actually took it not too long ago. I think it was back in December, and now I'm in my first semester of grad school.

I used number2.com to help me with some practice material, but what really helped was just sitting down with a couple of GRE books in a bookstore or library and do drills. I remember my ass going numb from the hours of reviewing and relearning how to think. To me the GRE is basically a test of how well you could go through the process of elimination and not a test of knowledge.

When's your test date?
