I posted this in the what's on your mind thread but ill leave a better explanation.

So a couple days ago i was talking with my friend connor. Most people who have met me in real life have probably noticed that i like dropping absurdist stories and telling them with the most serious straight face and tone. It's partly because i have a weird sense of humor and partly because i have this theory that absurd stories with lots of little details can be sold to anyone.

During the conversation, I told him that there was this dog that walks by my apartment carrying money in it's mouth and pulls a wagon. It makes periodic trips to the beer store and will bring back the case of beer. I added details like this dog has been trained by a seeing eye dog trainer and it cost this cripple man 20 000 dollars. Monetary pricing and perspective issues aside, i have had 3 people believe me when i have told them this story. I also usually mention that I steal a few beers as it's going by and sometimes mention that it bites me.

Fast forward to last night. I get approached by some chick, which happens often enough. She asks if she can talk to me about my beard. She asks my name and age and best story i have about my beard. I drop the dog wagon story. She then gives me a card explains she's from a blog and then asks for my picture.

I don't remember most of this. The details were explained to me the next morning by my buddy Zane. When i woke up i found a card in my pocket and checked the website on it. First time i checked nothing on it.

Second time, there i was!

It's sad but this is the only exciting thing to have happened to me in a very long time.
