I've got this imense pain in my stomach. Fuck. It doesn't feel like a stomach ache, but, like, a pulled muscle almost. I can bearly stand let alone walk or move in any way. It feels almost as if there is something inside of me.
I've had it before for about a week, and then it stopped. But its returned, and it'll stick around for a couple hours, and then, stop, sponantiously.
My friends and I joke about how its a demon inside of me. But, really, it feels like there is something inside of me, tearing at my insides. now and then the pain will move. up into my chest, or my shoulders. Like a heartattack.

Any idea what this could be?

Click for profile 		I've had something like that, turned out I just had to really go to the toilet at one point.
But once I was sitting down and I got it really bad and I just wanted to cry I was in so much pain, I don't know, I just sat in a ball for a while until it went away, but I never got it again, I suggest you go to the doctor if you keep getting it.

Click for profile 		PRP has it right... go see a doctor as soon as possible. PAIN MEANS SOMETHING IS WRONG (duuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuh). Why do some people seem so oblivious to that?
The gastro department is great at the IWK, or if you don't feel a pressing need to venture to the hospital (though it sounds like you should) then at least see a family doctor about it.

I dont want to go back to the doctor. I already have an appointment on the 24th for the administrating of birth control.
Im in and out of that place so many times in the run of a month with my knee and all.

Click for profile 		What kind of advice do you expect from us spankers then, Sanee? Abdominal pain can be a symptom of any one of a bazillion things. The best we can do is fire suggestions of what it might be from our very limited knowledge on the topic. When you go see that doc on the 24th do yourself a kindness and mention your pain to him/her. We don't want a suffering sanity.

I'll ask on the 24th, but watch the pain go away by then.
I told my mom. It normally happens after I eat. She says its because I hardly ever eat, so my stomach goes insane when I do. lol.

Click for profile 		i don't know if you're a guy or a girl... if you're a girl it's probably ovulation or something other related to hormones and your period. i get pains randomly all over my body in the wierdest places because of hormones... like just below my ribs or my back, or my neck. it's annoying.

for either sex, it could be your spleen, you might have mono. probably not, but i wanted to mention the spleen because it's such a fun word to say.

Click for profile 		ah not the spleen then... you may have a stomach ulcer or a problem with your liver. perhaps a stomach ulcer... do you eat a lot of acidic food, and carbonated beverages? not eating a lot also causes problems. i didn't eat very much for a period of time and it caused havoc with my stomach lining.

can you tell i'm a doctor's child? i'm alll with the diagnosing.
