Other Frequently Asked Questions What's the easiest way to get to the cover? Click the Spank! logo in the top left corner! How do I edit my post? You can edit your post as many times as you wish. On the page displaying your post, you will see a small graphic that looks like a blank graphic. Click and edit! How do I add HTML or pictures? You can add HTML-like code when making your post. Each section has a pop-up window showing our Spankmag.com code, which works just like HTML. You can even apply our version of HTML to your signature! Can I link to other sites? Absolutely! You can use the HTML-Like code we provide to link to other sites and pictures. Just remember that linking to items that violate the TOS (hate literature, pornography, etc.) will get your account banned or suspended. Also, linking to other forums or recruitment-games (like Outwar) will also cause your account to be suspended. How do I create a signature? You can add a standard signature to the bottom of each of your posts. To create a signature, navigate to your user profile (click on the smiley face - top right - if you are logged in), and select "Visible Profile". Create signature! Is there a limit on the signature? To keep the forums readable, we ask that you utilize your signature once per page, and that any graphics are no larger than 150 pixels high,no larger than 200 pixels wide, and that the length time height of the graphic in pixels is no bigger than 13500. How do I submit a news feature? The navigation bar has a "Youth News" section. From the drop down, select "Submit a Feature!". Follow instructions there! Can I have multiple user accounts? Absolutely. There are some things to keep in mind though. If you perform a TOS violation in any of the accounts, ALL the accounts are then suspended (so don't create a new account to be annoying thinking only that account will be banned). Second, multiple accounts that "talk to each other" or pretend that they're different people in the same thread, or are used to give each other Karma will be grounds for suspension or banning. What is Spankicide? Spankicide is when a user purposefully bans them self on Spank! through any of the automated spam filters. A user that performs Spankicide will have all existing accounts active at that time closed. These accounts will not be reinstated. Why don't you post when you ban or suspend someone, and the reason why? Violations of the TOS, or believed violations of the TOS will always result in the suspension or banning of a user. If you're on the site, play nice with the TOS. In the case of suspension or banning that proves to be inaccurate, the user will be reinstated - such as happened in the past with users who went on to be editors or moderators - with no malice. Finally, we try our best to resolve an issue where possible. We do this through email and other, non-fourm based communication. The use of the forums by other users to "demand why" has only one effect - to hamper our ability to resolve the issue with a user in a case of a suspension or banning. We need to resolve it with the user first, and the community second. Why doesn't the Sexuality posts show up in the Recently Posted? Many years ago we found that not listing the sexuality titles in the Recently Posted increased the amount of youth users (and decreased the adult posers). If you would like to see the recently posted sexuality threads, the Membership Subscription Level 2 allows you to do so. How do I get chosen as a Spank! Editor? New Editors are chosen from people that have submitted, and have had published, several features. Having features published gives the existing editors an opportunity to see your work, writing style, and how you respond to any constructive assistance in editing the submissions! As an editor – these are all important skills to have when reviewing and editing other members work! The number of Editors we have at any time is dependent on the number of submissions we receive – the more submissions the more editors we add! How do I send you happy email?
